Having the Smart Tools whiteboard application start up with your Mac may be helpful if you're using it regularly to work on projects. Once you find that you’re not using the application so much, you can easily remove it from the startup sequence. All Macs running Apple’s OS X operating system enable you to designate which applications will launch during startup.
1.Click the Apple logo and then click “System Preferences.”
2.Click “Accounts” to open a list of accounts in the left pane of the Accounts preferences window.
3.Click the name of the account for which you want to disable Smart Tools from launching when the Mac starts up.
5.Click the lock icon, and then type in your username and password.
6.Click “Smart Tools” under Item to select it, and then click the minus sign at the bottom of the preferences window to remove the program from the Mac’s startup sequence. Click the lock icon and then close the Accounts preferences window.
